After my preliminary publish about INSANITY. I’ve been meaning to publish some evaluations about the private workouts. right here is my evaluation for the Pure Cardio workout.

As a reminder, the INSANITY workout system is not for beginners. It is 60 days of intense cardio conditioning. The Pure Cardio workout is 38 minutes in length. At very first I thought, “Really? only 38 minutes?” however toward the end of this workout, I was thankful for the great down as well as stretch.

The Pure Cardio workout begins with a warm up, however this is no normal warm up. By the time you surface the warm up, you’re already sweating rather a bit, or at least I was. The warm up is 3 rounds of about 3 minutes as well as 30 seconds each. There is no break between the rounds.
